Attendance certificate
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance by email once the conference has finished. Besides, those delegates that deliver a paper will also receive their certificate by e-mail in due course.
Conditions of registration
Only those who are duly registered may participate in the conference.
To present a paper, you need to be a paid-up member of AEDEI
(60€ regular/ 40€ graduate and posgraduate students).

To make your registration effective, you need to bear in mind the following instructions:

REGISTRATION FORM
The registration period will open on 24th February and will be closed on 20th May.
Besides the registration, there are some events for which delegates will need to register if they wish to attend. These are included in the registration fee.
Conditions for cancellations
The cancellation of the conference registration should be notified in written form to aedei2025@gmail.com
Cancellations requested before April 28th, 2025 will entitle the refund of the full fee. Delegates are informed that a 15% of the amount will be charged as management fees.
Cancellations requested from April 28th, 2025 onwards will not entitle the refund of the full fee, although the documentation delivered during the conference will be sent to the participant.
